Hi, I’m Sara, artist and maker, and the creator of Moonlit Gardens! I created this business because I love the beauty and magic of nature, and I wanted to share it with others.

I love to paint insects, flowers, birds, and anything that nature and God, the creator of nature, inspires.

Some of my earliest memories as an artist were sitting on my bedroom floor flipping through encyclopedias, searching for pictures of pretty things I could draw. Birds, insects, and flowers always caught my attention, and I would spend so much time trying to perfect my drawings of them. I’ve learned through the years, though, that art is more than perfectionism. Art’s about capturing the beauty you see and showing people the world through your eyes while making art that people can cherish.

This has been a fun journey so far, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. One thing is for sure, though: my inner child is so very happy to call myself an artist! God has been so good to allow me to create art for people. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I enjoy creating it!
